We have an excellent opportunity to join the team on a permanent basis working for a well-known company based in Portsmouth within their 5-man multi skilled engineering team.

As well as a salary of £38,584 you will receive an excellent benefits package.

 

What you will be doing -

  • Supervision/escorting of subcontractors.
  • Requisitioning of spares.
  • Planning including prioritisation of tasks from PPM’s and Helpdesk Requests.
  • Sourcing and vetting of quotations.
  • Vetting RAMS and safe systems of work when supervising subcontractors.
  • Completion of permit to work documents for subcontractors.
  • Completion of AP process within your qualified trade.
  • Chasing progress updates on spares and other procured materials and equipment.
  • Quality control and quality assurance monitoring.
  • Form part of a full TFM account delivery and adopt a one team working approach with all other service streams.
  • Any other ad hoc task that are deemed necessary for the service delivery of the account.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Able to prioritise tasks including PPMs, Statutory Compliance and Helpdesk Requests.
  • Safe system and work control system closeout
  • Ability to stay calm during major incidents and relay accurate information to the Account manager.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

 

Qualifications or Required Experience:

- Carry out HVAC duties in accordance with legislation for example -

  • HVAC System repairs
  • HVAC related Planned Maintenance.
  • Minor HVAC Installations.
  • Maintain PPM Records & F Gas Logbooks in accordance with the Legislation.
  • A Time Served Mechanical /Refrigeration technician with NVQ/C&G formal qualifications.
  • Knowledge of Trend/Cylon BMS systems
  • Experience within the cleanroom/pharmaceutical environment
  • Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel …)
  • HVAC Systems
  • Hold valid IPAF or PASMA Certification/Licence

Please note – For this position you will be working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and be on a 24-7 call out Rota every 4 weeks giving you an additional £105 per month.
